Spinning Bike Are A Woman’s Best Friend
Life is a rat race – everyone is going, going, going with portable foods that make working longer easier and taking time out for our own benefit more difficult. Many people want to lost weight, but are intimidated by gym culture and the time needed to get the results they want. You need to just get on a spinning bike and go.
Why spend hours at the gym doing cardio and weights when you can combine both by engaging your muscles in a way that will sculpt you and increase your endurance every time you ride?
Using a spinning bike allows for the intensity of uphill biking inside the comfort of your home without dealing with inclement weather or outdoor allergens stressing your lungs. Also, unlike running, spinning doesn’t stress the joints and acts as a low-impact activity, making it appropriate for a wide range of age groups.
Because spinning simulates riding up hill it increases metabolism since muscles eat up the body’s caloric stores to sustain themselves. Increasing overall muscle endurance is a consequence of the consecutive and prolonged muscle contractions used in spinning exercise.
Increasing the resistance forces an exerciser to stand on the pedals of a spin bike, toning and strengthening the calves, hamstrings, quadriceps, and glutes – all major muscle components of the legs. Instead of creating a bulky muscle, the intense cardio component coupled with the sustained engagement of a number of muscle groups beyond the legs including the hips and shoulders creates a sculpted and lean muscle tone.
Balancing during times of a standing pedal engages the core and works to whittle down the abdominals while toning the glutes. No doubt about it, spinning for women especially, is an exercise god send designed to tone the hips, thighs, and butts which are the trifecta of women’s problem areas.
