There has been a new fitness bike released by the Kettler exercise equipment brand and it looks like an excellent choice for the average person. It may not have all the top of the range Olympic-style settings, but it has everything you need to reach a higher fitness level, lose fat and get back into shape.

It looks absolutely great all in black and white and with it’s smooth sleek design. Kettler seem to have put a lot of time and effort into this model and it does not look as if it’s just another bike for the sake of it, they really had some new ideas and put them into this new piece of fitness equipment.

Features:

1. This bike of course comes with full heart rate monitoring and control settings. Plus, there are hands free ways of operating it so you no longer need to slow your workout down or stop, you can get the readouts automatically as you are working out.

2. This model can be set down on almost any floor. It can even be on a massive tilt because it comes equipped with floor levelers which will keep you level the entire time.

3. Programmes – Offered by Kettler Paso 309 Upright Exercise Bike are 8 cool programmes that comes inclusive with this bike.

4. Pedals – Made with the gravity pedals that come along with the foot straps for the sure grip for the user.

5. This model includes an excellent new breaking system which we’re told makes this bike an even safer model to use.

6. With sixteen different levels of resistance you certainly have a lot of room for improvement. You can push past previous levels and set goals for yourself to workout at higher levels of resistance and for great lengths of time.

7. This bike comes with wheels on the bottom which may be taken out and used for moving the machine to different locations. This is ideal if you wish to store it away and then wheel it out when you want to use it.

8. You can shift the saddle and adjust it to suit your specific weight, height and build which is a real benefit to have. Plus, there is a quality saddle with extra padding so you will not get sore after having used it.

The Finnlo Corum Domestic Exercise Cycle has been getting a really great response since it’s release not so long ago. It seems that we’re hearing that this is hands down the best exercise bike for those who have not used them before. This is mostly due tp the programs providing a lot of support to the new users to help them maximize they’re workouts.

This initial model of the brand assures great workout with all the comfort to extend the duration of the workout. Its performance and the features can be discussed in the following review of this model.

Finnlo Corum Indoor Exercise Bike adds up a long list in its ergonomic features that aren’t only interesting to discuss but also makes it good practically for usage.

1. This bike is easier to use than most because it has a low entry which means that it is easier to use the pedals.

2. The seat can be fully changed and adjusted which means that almost anyone of any shape or size ca use this bike in a position that they personally find comfortable.

3. The handlebars can also be adjusted to your liking and set in the position which you find best.

4. Treble level control as well as the free wheel are couple of additional functions that include this bike.

5. Integrated heartbeat for upper body straps for the monitoring system gives instant reading from the heart rate.

6. You may also get the built-in transportation wheels which means that you can easily move it around your home. This gives you a great opportunity for storing it away so that it can be taken out when you wish to use it.

7. The console offers an option of setting the upper pulse limit as this enables you to set the maximum HR desired to reach and once it is been attained it intimates for your decision.

Whilst I really think that this is perfectly suited for people who are new exercise equipment. There of course may well be better models more suited to your specific needs. For this reason you may want to check out and research other models too to see if there is anything else which is even better. But overall this is a very safe choice.

There are several different pieces of cardio equipment out there that can help you meet your fitness goals. But which one do you choose? Meeting your goals and doing it safely are the primary criteria when choosing your fat killer. In this article I will focus on the big three. The treadmill, stationary bike and the elliptical machine.

The treadmill is one of the most popular forms of cardio exercise equipment at gyms and fitness centers today. If you walk on the treadmill on a level grade the risk of injury is minimal. But in most cases the rewards are minimal. For starters fewer calories will be burned thus leading to less fat loss. Some extremely obese people, and those with physical issues; will find this to be a high impact exercise, and possibly painful. Slow Walking on a flat treadmill has minimal risks for everyone; but also few rewards as it does not burn enough calories or get the heart rate up enough to significantly reduce body fat.

The obvious way to get the most out of your treadmill workout is to turn on the speed and/ or crank up the incline. You can start with a slow jog or increase the incline and have a brisk walk. When your body gets accustomed to that, try running or running/ jogging at an incline. These are tried and true ways to get the fat burning furnace in your body to turn up the heat. But for a lot of people running just isn’t their thing; especially those with the physical limitations mentioned earlier. So what are they to do? Well, the treadmill is definitely not the only answer to your fat burning needs. read on.

Stationary bikes are another common piece of cardio equipmant being used at gyms today. Stationary cycling has the same pros and cons as riding a bike outside (with the exception of crashing!). I believe cycling is more beneficial than jogging and running because you can burn a lot of calories without the high impact pounding to the knees and back that you get from jogging and running. To a lesser degree however; there is some stress to the knees and back that is generated by intense cycling also.

This brings us to the last piece of equipment we will review in this article. The elliptical machine. This is probably my favorite out of the three. It plays really nice with your back and joints and actually gets more body parts involved if you get on one with the moving handles. It is a very versatile machine as you can adjust ramp, resistance and speed. The risk of injury is almost non existent. For a super low impact, fat burning workout, the elliptical is my top choice.
